AD sites and services configure always with the physical sites and the belonging
subnets, if a DC is there or not. If you move a DC in the subnet it must

Let me first explain the setup. 3 Windows 2003 SP2 Servers, 2 in site A and

Verify that your RODC's have the ability to communicate with a writable W2K8
