Any firewall between them, check port 123 UDP, it must be open. Also make
sure the time zones are correct setup. Also make sure to use only domain
DNS servers on the NIC and none else, ...

Please remove the x.x.x.14 from the DNS/WINS list if this doesn't have that
server roles. Also post an unedited ipconfig /all from the x.x.x.10 server.

Yes. If I disable all startup programs, it is the same. However, if I
disable the startup services, it boots faster but without security as it
disables AVG services too.
