How much RAM?
Try Ctrl+Alt+Delete to select Task Manager and click the Performance Tab. Under Commit Charge what is the Total, the Limit and the Peak?

Andrew I thought I was using Window Cleanmem, not a 3rd party. I don't understand what you mean by using xp default mode.

Probably a ton of errors/warnings,why not toss the 3rd party junk out(memory cleaner),and let xp run in its default mode...
