Have you tried right clicking without a disk in the drive. The bug check means something is wrong with the file system. Bug Check 0x22: FILE_SYSTEM The FILE_SYSTEM bug check has a value of 0x00000022 ... |

What are your "application or service resource group members for the DTC group?
What is the dependency graph for that resource.
DTC typicall fails when an underlying resource won't come online.
