I found a technet conversation on this topic. It seems you need access to the entire NTFS file system for this to work. That seems like overkill to me.

Wow 1st time I see this on x64 machines. Probably a leaky driver. Try troubleshooting with poolmon.exe. Or update drivers like the HBA, Antivirus, backupagents.

Sounds like you have a problem with some lingering dc metadata.
I would suggest (I believe others did as well) to clean up your system and then run some diagnostics.
