According to the IP addresses listed you use IPv6 and IPv4 together on some

ACDSee's helpful support desk suggested that PowerDesk Pro 7 might be
conflicting with Windows and ACDSee, so I uninstalled PowerDesk - and now all
problems have vanished! I've written to Avanquest ...

I guess if Powerdesk 7 will delete them for you, that is good, but is
rather curious as to what got hosed in the file system that it tossing
explorer into a tizzy.
