Great. In the Event Viewer, I found the System category that showed the EventLog service with those numbers. OK now I know where to look. Thanks.

The start up is fairly obvious as you will see a string of Information Reports over a period of one / two minutes. At no other time do you see so many repo ... |

Event id 6009 is the first logged after starting the machine. 6006 is the last one if you shutdown or reboot. Source for both is EventLog.

As I've mentioned early, No BSOD /No Memory.dmp, it's a clean shutdown of the system at specific time. Here I'm trying to find who has logged in to the server during that time.
