Thanks Raj,

I've checked the eventvwr for "Directory service" but there are no critical
errors. Except the following language pack errors.


NTDS (404) NTDSA:
Locale ID 0x00000404 (Chinese (Taiwan) ...

hello paul
seems as if the DC domain1.domain.com is too buys
and not able to respond to the ldap queries from exchange server
check the event viewer in domin1.domain.com for directory service events
