There may another approach to resolving your problem. Dr Watson is a
debugging tool and runs when an error is encountered. So what error is
causing Dr Watson to run? Have another look in ...

You should leave a nominal pagefile on C

I don't know for certain.what effect the lack of a pagefile on C has on
Dr Watson.

Do NOT use System Restore to undo updates or you'll have even worse
problems! If you suspect an update has caused a problem, uninstall it & see
if the problem persists.
