Windows Server 2003 Web Edition

I am using this server for wsus. Every monday or so this server shuts down.
I can't find anything in event log. This server is also used as ntp server.
I find that the clock gets reset to 2002 or whatever every so often. Would
anyone know what is going on?

Hello RG,

On system event log check the entries prior event id 6006 or 6009. If the
shutdown was unexpexted you should find information event's about it. Check
for a scheduled task to shutdown the server.
