Bluescreen-Windows Server 2008 R2

hi,
I've installed windows Server 2008 R2 a couple of weeks back. I've been
receiving an error. The system didn't shutdown properly.
Can anyone tell me why this error occurs. Is there is any problem with the
processor or any other hardware.

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.272.7
Locale ID: 16393

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 3b

Hello Vijay,

Check the minidump create during the blue screen. It can help you to find
the file causing the error, if not hardware is the problem.

Get WInDBG and load the minidump.

try !analyze for more detail.

This will help us isolate which driver is causing the system service
exception.
